Our ADR consulting services are available for any business looking for professional assistance. Most of the issues can be discussed, analyzed and solved in a matter of hours and are billed at an hourly rate. For larger, more complex issues, we can discuss a consulting retainer for our services.

• For individuals, corporations or entities who want to determine the best means to resolve a   dispute: finding the optimal conflict resolution process for your particular dispute.

• For lawyers and law firms who have clients involved in mediation: one-on-one mediation   preparation, including: how to be a better advocate throughout the mediation process, how   to get into the head of the mediator, and negotiation strategies and tactics specifically   designed for mediation.

• For individuals involved in mediation without attorneys: individualized mediation   preparation, including but not limited to: selection of the appropriate mediator for the   specific issues and personalities involved, strategy assessment and development, creation of optimum outcomes for all parties, and discussion of outcome implementation thereafter.
